MariaDB CHR SQL Function - Character from character code

CHRSyntax:CHR(Character code)
Return value:CHAR
Function type:String function
Function Description

The CHR() function returns a character consisting of the code value of "Character code".

Floating point values ​​are rounded to integer numbers.

Strings are interpreted as numbers, for invalid values a CHR(0) is returned.

If the value of "Character code" is NULL, the CHR() function returns NULL.


The CHR() function is available from MariaDB version 10.3.1.

This feature is not available in MySQL 8.0.
