User settings for the MySQL and MariaDB GUI

User settings These program settings apply to the registered user.
If several users log in with the same account, the settings also apply to them.

User settings:
Program settings for MyWAY SQL Manager 2nd language for help texts:
Users can select a second language for help texts. Mouseover help for buttons is then displayed in two languages. For designations, the 2nd language appears when the mouse is held over it.

Lock screen:
The program will be locked with a login window after a selected time.

Hide notifications:
Messages issued by the program after completing an action are automatically hidden after a selected time.

Hide error messages:
Error messages for actions are automatically hidden after a selected time.

Show messages and error messages:
Selection of where in the program the messages are to be displayed.

PHP script runtime:
The maximum PHP script runtime for program actions can be set here. For databases with very large tables, the runtime should be as long as possible or infinite.
When creating or rebuilding indexes, the PHP script runtime is automatically set to infinity.

PHP script runtime extension:
The maximum PHP script runtime extension for actions with several or many SQL statements can be specified here. The PHP runtime is reset after each SQL statement with the extension.
This happens, for example, when copying databases. For databases with very large tables, the runtime should be as long as possible or even infinite.

Program content can be marked:
The program's own content can be marked and copied.
A copy button is provided for copying messages.

Table content can be marked:
Table contents can be marked and copied.
Table settings for MyWAY SQL Manager Show data rows:
Here you can preset how many data rows are to be displayed per page for table outputs.

Shorten texts in data rows:
Here you can preset the number of characters to which text values ​​should be shortened when displayed in tables.

Show decimals:
Default how many decimals should be displayed for floating point values.

Show blob content:
Default setting whether blob content should be output in tables.

Show binary content:
Default setting whether binary content should be output in tables.

Show binary content as text:
Default setting whether binary content and blobs in tables should be output as text. Otherwise they are output as hexadecimal values.

Show spatial content:
Default setting whether geographic values ​​should be displayed in tables.

Show NULL values:
Default setting whether NULL values ​​in tables should be displayed as NULL or as empty cells.

Show Column information:
Default setting whether information about the table columns should be shown.
CSV settings for MyWAY SQL Manager Separator between values:
Default setting which separator should be used for CSV export.

Quotation marks for values:
Default setting whether to enclose values ​​in quotes.

Output binary data:
Default setting whether binary values ​​should be output during CSV export.
Backup settings for MyWAY SQL Manager Store binary data in hexadecimal:
Default setting whether binary data is saved as hexadecimal values ​​during data backups. (Recommended)

Store strings in hexadecimal:
Default setting whether character strings are saved as hexadecimal values ​​in data backups. (Recommended)

Save TIMESTAMP as UTC:
Default setting whether TIMESTAMP values ​​should be saved in UTC format.

Save indexes separately:
Default setting whether indexes of tables should be backed up separately. The indexes are then written after the data has been cleared. (Can speed up data recovery)

Save files as GZip:
Default setting whether the data backup files should be compressed.

INSERT method for data:
Default setting which INSERT method to use for restoring data.

Delimiter:
Default setting which delimiter should be used for backing up procedures and functions.
To speed up data recovery, the program uses a delimiter as an SQL comment between data blocks.

Module for editing login data:

Login name and password can be changed.

User settings Show passwords in clear text.
After saving, all changes are immediately accepted for the further course of the program.
No program restart is required.
