The phpinfo() function is used to display detailed information about the current PHP configuration and PHP environment. When the function is called, a page is generated with an overview, divided into sections, about various PHP settings, extensions and server details. This includes the PHP version, server information, loaded modules and extensions, PHP directives and PHP settings, environment variables, and more. Some hosting providers disable the use of phpinfo() for security reasons. |
